It's much longer here but it is still in a limp position, which is very unusual tbh, as usually I get hard some time before I get to this length!
I'll post a photo of that state another day. This photo is actually a screen-grab of me on my webcam, so the guy I was chatting with who took it was obviously getting me excited somehow!

It was due to the initial blood flow to the penis causing fullness in response to excitement. Not at the erection stage but causing as you said length. Nice pic.
